Upgrade against dirt

Thanks to our SachsenRAD mudguard set, your bike and clothing are reliably protected from mud and splash water. A particular highlight is the free mounting space for a front light on the front wheel mudguard. The angle of the rear mudguard can be individually adjusted. The two mudguards are absolutely simple and quick to install using clamp brackets with the help of illustrated instructions and can also be installed on bikes with V-brakes. The mudguards are suitable for all common E-MTBs, mountain bikes or all-terrain bikes from 26" to 29", but are primarily designed and tested for our SachsenRAD e-bikes.

Note: 100% suitable for SachsenRAD E-Bike R6 / R6 Neo / R8 Flex / R8 Flex II / R8 Ranger. Also in combination with our 3in1 luggage rack !

Front light not included!

Defect after 35 kilometers - service a disaster

Everything was fine during the test drive, but after just 35 km the connection between the motor and the display could no longer be established - and this while on holiday in France. The attempt to find a solution to this via the service hotline and emails is simply an absolute disgrace: incompetent staff, endless latencies for simple questions via email, no useful options or implementable suggestions! I would never buy the bike again, I will definitely return it!

Behind is great, in front it's so-so.

I think that the installation of the front mudguard was only a guess, even from the pictures. The nut that sits on the screw to attach the panels started to turn at a certain point, so that it was not possible to tighten it properly. I used another solution, but it wasn't ideal.
The rear mudguard and luggage rack were self-explanatory.

Maybe you can help me with another matter?
I can't find the key for the battery anymore. Is there a way to get replacement keys?
Kind regards, Siegfried Dobel
