Shipping and payment conditions

A. Shipping Information

As a standard, goods can only be shipped to the countries listed below. Depending on the size of your order, shipping is carried out via DPD, UPS, DHL or by freight forwarder . You can find the respective shipping costs in the table provided below.

If you would like shipping to a different country, please write us an email (insert email address) before placing an order and specify the item, the quantity and the delivery address, including the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you shortly whether we can also ship to the desired country and – should delivery to the desired delivery address be possible -  inform you of the shipping costs, as we have to inquire about the shipping availability and costs in advance with our shipping partner.

I. Shipping within Germany 

For shipping within mainland Germany, we charge a flat rate of 4.99 euros per order. We do not ship to islands. For a gross order value of 50.00 euros or more, we ship free of charge. The exact shipping costs will be displayed to you at checkout.

II. Shipping within the EU

We deliver to the following EU countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden

The shipping costs are a flat rate of 13.99 euros per order.

Bulky goods surcharge: For large items such as cargo bikes, we charge an additional surcharge of 150.00 euros per delivery address within the EU, in addition to the stated shipping costs. 

III. Shipping to the rest of the world

The shipping costs to all other countries are a flat rate of 19.99 euros per order.

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases, which we are not responsible for and which you have to bear. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of funds by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). I. For shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

  1. Advance payment by bank transfer
  2. Direct debit (SEPA direct debit)
  3. Credit card
  4. Cash on collection
  5. Payment service providers (SOFORT, PayPal, AmazonPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Giropay, Klarna invoice)

II. For shipping outside Germany

For deliveries abroad, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

  1. Advance payment by bank transfer
  2. Direct debit (SEPA direct debit)
  3. Credit card
  4. Cash on collection
  5. Payment service providers (SOFORT, PayPal, AmazonPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Giropay, eps transfer, Klarna invoice, Ideal)

III. Detailed information on the individual payment options

1. Advance payment by bank transfer

Please transfer the invoice amount to our bank account within 7 days, conveniently stating the purpose of payment. We will provide you with our bank details as well as the purpose of the transfer separately by email as part of the order processing. 

2. Direct debit (SEPA direct debit)
After you have submitted your bank details and authorized a SEPA direct debit mandate, we will collect the invoice amount from your bank account by direct debit. Please ensure that you submit your bank details correctly during the ordering process and that your account has sufficient funds. The direct debit collection takes place when the goods you ordered leave our warehouse.

3. Credit card
Pay conveniently by credit card. We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay.

4. Cash on collection
You collect the goods yourself and pay on site in cash or by EC card. We will first inform you by email or telephone that the goods you ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this message, you can collect the goods by appointment at the following address: Stöhrerstr. 17, 04347 Leipzig, Germany
In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
