The S5G Centro shines on rough terrain thanks to its hydraulic disc brakes, wide tires, and – most importantly – its specially developed, powerful mid-drive motor. Mud, puddles, gravel, roots, or sand? No problem. Its frame is tougher than standard city bikes, helping you stay in control on bumpy rides. The mid-drive motor also feels more intuitive, as the power is delivered right where you’re used to applying it – through the pedals. The stable, off-road-ready suspension fork can be adjusted to your preferred firmness.

Back in civilization, the S5G SUV e-bike reveals its city-bike qualities. A sturdy luggage rack for heavy panniers, LED front and rear lights, and full fenders get you road-ready. Next-generation stepless shifting by Enviolo
The stepless Enviolo shifting system allows seamless gear transitions using a planetary traction mechanism with variable gear ratios, based on NuVinci technology. This keeps your pedaling cadence consistent, no matter the incline or speed. The intuitive twist grip controller lets you shift easily – even while stopped or under load. The system runs quietly, requires little maintenance, and ensures a smooth, comfortable ride – perfect for city commuting and long-distance touring.

State-of-the-art drivetrain

Another highlight is the Gates carbon belt drive. It delivers ultra-smooth pedaling, is extremely low-maintenance and highly reliable. Enjoy up to 30,000 km of worry-free riding: no chain oil to mess up your pants, no stretching or adjusting of a drive chain.

Power from the XCruise V7 mid-drive motor

The S5G is powered by our newly developed XCruise V7 mid-drive motor. It delivers an impressive 70NM of torque and, thanks to its specially engineered torque sensor, it precisely detects how much force you apply to the pedals – and adjusts the support accordingly. For example, when climbing a hill and applying more muscle power, the motor provides more assistance. This makes uphill starts easier and helps you avoid breaking a sweat. It also saves up to 30% battery power and provides a much smoother, more natural ride feel.

All your ride data in full color, at a glance

To keep you fully informed throughout your ride, the S5G Centro comes with a rugged (IP65) 2-inch HD control display. The full-color screen is made from hardened glass with a beveled edge and features separate control buttons in an ergonomic design. The display stands out with its high brightness and wide viewing angle (IPS-LCD). A special screen adaptation technology ensures excellent readability even in sunlight and outdoor conditions.

Instead of needing separate mountain, city, and training bikes in your garage or storage room, the S5G Centro SUV e-bike combines all their strengths into one thoughtfully engineered ride.
