The SachsenRAD E-Bike R6 Neo II Hybrid is the new edition of the SachsenRAD classic R6 and a modern urban e-mountain bike with a sporty design.
Whether in everyday road traffic, off-road or on longer tours -
the pedelec handles all conditions perfectly. 

Hybrid disc brakes: The best of both worlds

SachsenRAD has been continuously developing the R6 for years and for the first time we are installing hybrid-hydraulic disc brakes. They combine the outstanding braking power of hydraulic and oil-pressure-operated disc brakes with the low maintenance of mechanical disc brakes: Thanks to hybrid disc brakes, you no longer need to bleed the oil lines or perform an oil change, as the oil remains in its own, sealed cylinder on the brake. Bleeding the oil lines is also no longer necessary.

Good components make a perfect whole

The installed Zoom suspension fork ensures a pleasant and safe riding experience, even on
uneven terrain. The aluminum frame weighs only 3.7 kg (frame weight) and is anything but a heavyweight. The
7-speed branded gear system from Shimano smoothly shifts the chain into the correct sprocket.

Goes the extra mile

The 500Wh bicycle battery supports you even on particularly long tours. Thanks to its capacity of 13,500 mAh
the e-MTB takes you up to 150 km in ECO mode! A range that really makes its presence felt.

Nothing comes before safety

So that you don't ride off the track, the SachsenRAD eBike R6 Neo II Hybrid is equipped with branded wide tires
that offer you secure grip even on wet or uneven roads. The built-in energy-saving LED front and  rear lights provide
good visibility. An electronic sensor leads to a
faster reaction time of the bike and thus to an increase in riding safety on this bicycle.

Scrutinized by TÜV

The sporty frame passed the demanding TÜV test for the fracture strength of the R6 Neo II Hybrid flawlessly.
During this test, the frame is subjected to 10,000 extreme impacts and stretches!
In addition to many other tests - e.g. for mechanical safety and chemical analyses
- in which TÜV certified the StVZO compliance of the urban mountain bike, the
battery was also subjected to a special inspection. The battery is not only particularly protected against fire
but is also easy to remove and lock.

Everything under control

An LCD control display is mounted on the ergonomically designed bicycle handlebars. At a glance
you can see the odometer, current speed, and battery status. You can control the speed of your e-bike,
access further information, and turn the light on and off at the touch of a button.

The SachsenRAD E-Bike R6 Neo II Hybrid was developed by a German design team
and the German Design Council recognizes its achievement. The e-MTB received the

German Design Award
“Excellent Product Design”
in the “E-Bikes” category.
